For our foyer and mudroom I selected a tile that reminds me of slate. The 12x24 rectangles were laid in a herringbone pattern and I chose a dark grout with low contrast for a subtle look. Still loving this choice after so many years.

Throwing it back to 2016ish when August and I sat down to sketch our home in the heartland. Her creative 4 year old vision was submarine inspired. The circle window with muntins in her drawing is now a lovely feature in our mudroom. #makesmesmile #tb
