With a little over 800 square feet, the condo layout is efficient. Our unit has 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, a powder room, a kitchen, and a dining/living room nestled around a Door County fieldstone fireplace. With its own private entrance, there is a small patio out front. The back offers a deck with views overlooking the pine trees on the hill and pool.

Our remodel will touch every room. The full bathroom was recently remodeled by the previous owners. A whirlpool tub was removed, and a generous walk-in custom tile shower was installed. So, the only changes we’ll be making in there are paint, flooring, trim, and doors. All of the other rooms will get major makeovers.

Peninsula State Park
One of the biggest draws to this area is its closeness to Peninsula State Park. Known for its hiking trails, beaches, and scenic overlooks, the park offers activities like biking, kayaking, and bird-watching. From Evergreen Road, spend the day exploring this beautiful natural playground and then retreat back to the cozy vacation rental just minutes away.
Quaint Charm of Fish Creek
Fish Creek is a vibrant community with a charming, small-town feel that visitors love. You’ll find unique boutique shops, art galleries, and an array of restaurants offering everything from fresh seafood to local wines. The laid-back vibe and friendly locals make this town welcoming and easy to explore, offering plenty of opportunities to unwind and take in the culture of Door County.
Fish Creek is a great location on the Peninsula. Travel north or east for more small-town exploring. You’ll find farmers markets, art galleries, wineries, golf, restaurants, breweries, and even a drive-in movie theater. Outside of Peninsula State Park, there are other wonderful smaller parks and shorelines to explore. Cave Point and Eagle Tower are must-see destinations.
